Smoke-free propertyVery clean, modern room with a comfortable bed, quiet air conditioner, and efficient hot shower, the bathroom had a clean and modern shower. The room was small and windowless but peaceful due to double-glazed windows blocking city noise. The communal kitchen was a nice bonus. Reception staff were friendly and generally available, though the check-in process required both ... reservation number and personal PIN, which felt invasive. Towels were mostly replaced daily except for some inconsistencies near the end of the stay. The location was central yet surprisingly quiet in Lisbon.
