The apartment was very nice, well equipped with a kitchen and washing machine, extremely clean, quiet despite being in the centre of Lisbon, and had a comfy bed with good shower. The location was great near the metro station and many attractions such as the castle and Santa Justa elevator. The hosts Rita and Gustavo were very informative, communicative, friendly, and provided excellent instructions including a helpful video for key collection.
