We were welcomed by a friendly owner who showed us around the small apartment, which had a well-equipped kitchen with basics like salt, oil, vinegar, and coffee. After a long journey to Lisbon, the snacks and generous wine were a real relief, and the place was clean, comfortable, had a washing machine, and was close to shops, restaurants, and safe for walking at night.
