Friendly and helpful staff assisted with luggage and made the stay comfortable, breakfast was good with a buffet option, rooms had coffee machines, kettles, tea bags, and some had quirky vintage decor, beds were comfy though pillowcases were too small in one room, shower placement was unusual beside the bed but toilets were separate, location was excellent near Biarro Alto with restaurants, nightlife, beautiful plazas and miradouros.
