. Checkin: from 4PM to 8PM. Checkin later than 10PM won't be accepted. Checkout: until 11AM.

. Late check in from 8pm to 9pm has an additional fee of 30€.

. Late check in from 9pm to 10pm has an additional fee of 40€.

. If the additional late check in fee is applied, payment is due on the check-in.

. Parties or events are not allowed.

. It is not allowed gathering friends and family in the apartment if they are not mentioned as guests on the reservation. If you have any questions about that, please, contact host before booking confirmation.

. Pets are not allowed.

. It’s forbidden to smoke in the apartment in general, including from the windows and balcony.

. Quiet hours are from 8PM to 08AM. In case there is any complain from neighbours, guest will be accountable.

. Apartment sits on a residential building where families live and have their daily routine. Respecting the condominium & trash collection rules it is very important.

. There won't be additional cleaning included during the stay. For additional cleaning service during the stay, please contact the host to schedule it. Extra cleaning fee (same as cleaning fee) will be charged accordingly.

. The apartment should be left reasonably clean, without rubbish or leftover food. If the apartment is not organized as expected and instructed, there will be an extra cleaning charge.

. The guest will be responsible for any damage caused during their stay in the apartment, its furniture or equipment, or situations of extreme filth or rubbish. The cost for re-establishing the condition of the apartment upon check-in shall be charged accordingly.

. Please, always remember to lock the apartment with key while in- or outside the apartment. Before you leave for check-out, please follow our keys instructions that will be sent before your check-out day.

. If guests loose our keys, i.e we cannot find the keys of the apartment after the check out, it will be necessary to replace the whole door lock for security reasons. In that case, 200€ fee for lock replacement will be applied uppon guests responsibilities. We are very strict about this rule. Keys are to be taken very seriously..

. Towels and sheets will be provided to each guest, we trust in their good use. If there is damage to the towels due to misuse and/or negligence, we may charge the value of new towels.

. 1 bath mat per bathroom + 1 towel set is provided per guest. Towel set consists of 1 bath towel + 1 face towel. There will be no change of towels for stays of up to 7 nights. So, for additional towels during the stay, there will be an extra charge of €10/towel set. For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer 1 towel change free of charge per week.

. During your stay, for safety reasons please make sure that the apartment´s door is always locked (with the key) if you are at (inside) or out from the apartment.

. Please, don't forget the keys inside the door lock during your stay or for the check-out. In case the guests (and the hosts) are locked out of the apartment because didn't follow our instructions and house rules, i.e. prevented from having access to the apartment, locksmith cost of 200€ will be applied and the guests will be accountable and pay for it.

. During the stay, if the key is left inside the apartment and it becomes necessary to travel to the location, a fee of €50 will be applied.Bei Chiado Stylish Bright Apt with AC sind Hochzeiten, Junggesellenabschiede oder vergleichbare Feiern nicht gestattet.
