Located in the city centre, the apartment was spotlessly clean and quite spacious by local standards. The kitchen equipment functioned well, and the bathroom was excellent. Soundproofing was outstanding, with complete silence when windows were closed despite nearby construction noise outside. The building was quiet, safe, and bright with a good amount of daylight but limited direct sunshine due to views of adjacent buildings. A large supermarket stood just around the corner for convenience.
