The hotel was very well kept, clean, and tidy with a spacious and comfortable room. The location was excellent, close to multiple underground stations and within walking distance to the city center. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The bathroom featured a great shower but lacked grab bars in the bathtub area. Complimentary tea and coffee were provided in the room.
