Please note that the owner of the credit card used to guarantee or prepay the booking must be presented at the check-in.

The hotel will only accept the same credit card used for reservation.

If the card is not presented, guests have to settle the payment with a new payment method during the check-in.

Please note that all guests, adults and children, staying at the property must show a valid identity card or passport with photo, or equivalent document (e.g. birth certificate).

Minors not accompanied by their parents must have a declaration or authorization to stay, issued by the holder of rights of custody.

This Hotel does not provide luggage storage services in between stays.
