The apartment was compact and comfy, located on a quiet street near attractions. We stayed on the 2nd floor with what we needed for four days, and although the area might seem a bit rough at night, it felt safe being opposite a small school. It was quiet for such a central spot, with easy access to two Metro stops, trams, parks, and restaurants all within walking distance.
