The location was great, right between Anjos and Intendente metro stops and close to everything in Lisbon. We had a small room with no view at first, but the staff quickly switched us to a better one without extra charge. The charity kitchen nearby was a nice reminder that people still care, and the place was clean and practical, perfect for budget stays.
