The apartment was spacious and comfortable, featuring a full kitchen, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. It was located in a charming part of Graça with many restaurants, pastry shops, and grocery stores nearby. The back garden included citrus trees heavy with fruit. Tram 28 ran directly in front of the building. Parking was available at an extra cost.
