Friendly staff were attentive and efficient with every request dealt with quickly and with a smile, breakfast had great variety, and the room was good size with a lovely shower. The pool on the roof was tiny, cold, and windy even in August, while the buffet area was quite tight but optimized. The location was close enough to walk everywhere in Lisbon with plenty of places to eat nearby and transportation close by.
