Located in the city center, the apartment offered a quiet environment despite nearby traffic. The modern space featured updated bathroom and kitchen facilities, along with practical amenities such as a washer, drying rack, ironing board, and iron. Proximity to public transport included a subway station just five minutes away and tram 28 passing nearby. Friendly and responsive communication was maintained by the owner throughout the stay. The apartment was situated on the fourth floor, accessible only by stairs.
