Central location with AC in each room and enough space was complemented by a clean, well-lighted apartment with kitchen and laundry facilities. The property manager was kind and responsive, providing flexible arrival times and alternative city tax payment methods while speaking excellent English. The bed was comfortable with free Nespresso and a Brita water filter available. João was very helpful addressing roof noise issues, and the apartment had an elevator plus all necessary utensils, extra blankets were supplied upon request though without pillowcases.
