The location was perfect for leisure visits to Lisbon, situated in the heart of the city. The staff were consistently helpful and welcoming, providing assistance at all hours. Rooms were clean and quiet, with a separate women’s floor featuring private bathrooms. A well-equipped kitchen offered free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate until 11 pm. Lockers were available but varied in size and security options depending on type.
