If you're ready to climb stairs, this spot in the heart of Lisbon works great, right between Barrio Alto and Alfama. Plaza Comercio is just a 10-minute walk, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars right outside. The beds are comfy, the TV has lots of international channels, and the wifi is fast and free.
