Situated just a 10-minute walk from Marques de Pombal, the apartment offered comfy and spacious rooms with enough beds for a family. The double exposure allowed fresh air through opposite windows, enhancing comfort. Nearby restaurants and bakeries were within a 5- to 15-minute walk. Clear instructions for key pickup were provided, and garage parking was available with elevator access.
