Locker storage for luggage is available for early arrival or late departure. The room was cleaned daily and featured comfortable beds with nice bedding. A small communal kitchen and terrace were provided, along with a fridge for food and drinks. The location is close to metro, bus, and tram stops, about 10 minutes walk to Barrio Alto. Access to the room used a code system instead of keys. Two bathrooms are included in the split-level apartment layout.
