Friendly and helpful staff, especially Rafaela and Isabel, who gave great recommendations and assisted with luggage storage, the studio was clean, spacious, with comfortable beds and a powerful shower, the location was central with easy access to tram 28, Rossio square, metro stations, markets, restaurants, and landmarks within walking distance.
