Superb location close to metro Avenida and Eduardo VII Park, with a spacious room that had excellent windows, blackouts, a new heater, and a big bathroom with a bathtub and fast hot water, the reception was on the 2nd floor where a lady kindly registered and showed the room while explaining everything. The staff were very friendly and caring, daily cleaning included fresh towels, and the room had a kettle with tea and instant coffee.
