The building does not have elevator, only a lifting platform is available from de first floor to be used to transport luggage and/or people with high reduced mobility. The entrance of the building to the 1st floor there are 3 flights of stairs with 18 steps. This means that people with mobility challenges may face difficulties accessing to the accommodation. The lifting platform works very slowly, so it is necessary to have some patience while it is in progress. We found the communication with the property management very responsive and the apartment lovely. The beds were okay, the location amazing, and it stayed clean and quiet at night, though some guidance on the washing machine would have helped. The check-in process was the only downside, which is why we didn’t give it five stars.
