The hotel was situated in a wonderful location just outside the castle walls, offering beautiful and romantic surroundings. The interiors were charming, with a relaxing courtyard occasionally visited by peacocks. Staff provided attentive yet unobtrusive service, including helpful airport and train station transfers. Breakfast and happy hour snacks were included with the stay. The historic setting added to the exceptional experience.
