Each air-conditioned studio features an open layout with beds placed on mezzanines or below them, configurations include queen-sized and king-sized beds plus sofa or futon beds to accommodate extra guests. Please note that the 7 Studios with Mezzanine are located on the 2nd floor of the building. The building, like most buildings in historic areas of Lisbon, does not have an elevator. The staircase is wide and beautiful, with old tiles.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and spacious, with all necessary amenities including a well-equipped kitchen and clothes washer. The location offered easy access to public transport within a five-minute walk, as well as numerous nearby restaurants. The hosts were attentive and provided thoughtful touches such as a complimentary bottle of wine. Parking was conveniently available just across the street.
