A very convenient location near Rossio Square and metro was provided. The room and bathroom were beautiful, with a shared kitchen available on the ground floor offering free tea, coffee, and breakfast items. Soundproofing was limited, causing some noise from outside and neighboring areas. Baggage storage and laundry facilities were accessible with staff assistance. Quick responses to inquiries were noted through text communication.
