The location was excellent, situated next to a metro station with nearby cafes and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. Breakfast was delivered and considered a nice touch by guests. Staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive even during late check-ins. An elevator in the building provided easy access to the rooms.
