The staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional with exceptional service from Rute and Alexandra who made the stay safe and memorable. The rooms were spacious, very clean, welcoming, with welcome water, coffee, tea, and a bathroom equipped with lip balm, shower cap, and ear pads. Breakfast was delicious with good variety while the pool area was great, the location had easy access to transport including buses, trains, trams nearby as well as being close to the train station.
