Friendly staff, especially Joao Canelha, was polite and helpful while luggage storage was available from the morning after checkout until the afternoon. The room was clean with a nostalgic atmosphere and daily room service. Location was very central, near the metro and bus stations, safe even during late nights with good connections to other parts of Lisbon.
