Small single room on the 5th floor was under the roof with a nice view and a small balcony for ventilation. Wifi was good and check-in was quick with the owner who answered messages promptly. The apartment had a shared bathroom and a kitchen used by a family staying permanently, while rooms on the 3rd floor only had guests. Location was close to Metro Intendente, near many restaurants, metro, and transportation just down the street.
