The hotel was located in a quiet area in the heart of Lisbon, offering easy access to explore the city on foot. The property was spotless, modern yet warm, with excellent soundproofing and very comfortable beds. Staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and provided exceptional service without scripted responses. Breakfast featured a well-organized buffet with great variety and attentive staff. The rooms were renovated, spacious, and beautifully appointed with good-sized bathrooms.
