The staff were exceptional with Paula and Bernardo going above and beyond to solve minor problems while Tiago, Luc, Lara, Lays, Ana, Maria, and Paula provided excellent service during breakfast and dinner. The hotel had stunning decor with luxurious fabrics and beautiful gardens while the spa had an amazing massage, the swimming pool and sauna were also there.
