Friendly staff, especially Joao at reception, were very helpful and welcoming with luggage assistance and restaurant recommendations. The room was comfortable, clean, and upgraded to deluxe with tasty tarts left for us. The accommodation had a bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchenette, and complimentary coffee in the living room. Location was great near metro stations, trams, bus stops, cafes, shops, pink street within walking distance and cathedral a short tram ride away.
