The staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely cheerful with Ram making sandwiches to go and Nunu always obliging, the room was spacious, bright with high ceilings, had an entrance hall and dressing room, a fantastic wood floor, best shower ever, beautiful towels, and excellent bed. The location was perfect with the metro entrance right in front of the hotel and Lidl supermarket next door while El Corte Ingles department store was across the street, complimentary coffee, snacks including homemade cake and cookies were available in the breakfast area along with hot eggs on request.
