She was very informative with our questions and honestly, wow, this spot is kinda the best. Like, you get clean rooms-super clear and comfy beds, not those lame hotel deals. The place is smack in the middle of... all the stuff you wanna see. Rossio metro just minutes away, super easy to walk to the Time Out Market too-like 20 min tops. Plus they let us stash bags after checkout so, seriously, no rush or headache before flights or whatever. Staff? So nice AND helpful-it’s like they actually care which is wild for city spots! Rooms get cleaned daily too-very neat. This apartment thing rocks!
