The hotel was well located near Marquês de Pombal and two blocks from the Metro station. The room was clean and comfortable with good facilities. The reception staff, including Sylvia, were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was quite good. The elevator was tiny and the staircase dimly lit. Garage restaurant half a block away had one of the best meals experienced.
