Friendly and helpful staff, especially the receptionist at the hotel entrance, with spacious, clean apartments decorated to a high standard that had well-equipped kitchens and connected balconies, warm and hot water with good showers were available, WiFi was good, rooms were cleaned every day, and early check-in was managed two hours ahead of schedule, location was central in Lisbon close to attractions.
