The location was great and the beds were comfy with nice amenities, but the flat felt damp and had a strong mould smell. There was only one window in the living room that couldn’t stay open all day due to security, which made the air stuffy and caused breathing problems for the youngest with asthma. The staff just offered air freshener, so airing it out before guests arrive would really help.
