Clean room with AC, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, fridge, iron and ironing board were available in the well-equipped kitchen that was tidied regularly, communication with the host was smooth and prompt via email while automated lighting system worked well, location was very close to the city centre, restaurants and a mini mart.
