Friendly and exceptionally kind staff made the stay very enjoyable with warm hospitality and helpfulness. Breakfast was extensive, varied, creative, and included regional organic food as well as homemade Portuguese dishes and jam. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable with coffee/tea facilities and a minibar, some having fabulous views over Lisbon from the terrace. The hotel had thoughtful touches like a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits on the last night plus a free coffee machine available during the day. The location was near the center of Lisbon but quiet without late-night noise, close to Metro and transport.
