The hotel was located in the heart of downtown Lisbon, close to restaurants, shops, tour buses, and trams with multiple bakeries nearby. Tatiana at reception was very helpful and assisted with a lot of information and ... while Bruno provided excellent help. The room was stylish, well equipped with nice refreshments, had a great shower that was a bit small but hot with good sprinkles. Free unlimited coffee and cookies were served in the lobby.
