The apartment featured modern, airy, and comfortable spaces suitable for groups of five to six guests. The building included an elevator and housed only five apartments, one per floor. Its location was excellent, with a bus stop directly outside and the metro within walking distance. The flat offered various technological features that enhanced comfort during the stay. A terrace provided additional outdoor space close to amenities and walkable attractions.
