We welcome children from 18 years old.

Reception Hours: 08:00 - 17:00.

For check-ins after this time, the property will reach out to guests directly with detailed instructions to facilitate their arrival.

Please note that, for late check-in, an access code will be provided to guests.

Please note that when booking for more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that only the Deluxe Room can accommodate an extra bed.

In the case of a group reservation, the group will be required to adhere to the following policies and conditions:

- In a group reservation, the flexible rate will be converted to a non-refundable rate immediately to secure and guarantee the reservation;

- Please note that outside food or drinks are not permitted;

- A complete rooming list with essential information, such as ETA and bed preferences, is required 30 days prior to arrival;

- While we will make an effort to accommodate bed preferences, we cannot guarantee availability;

- Breakfast slots are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that your group will be able to eat together at the same timePlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
