The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with Gabriel standing out as particularly outstanding. The breakfast had an impressive selection of delicious pastries, fresh fruit, and hot dishes served with attentive service. The spa area had two saunas, a swimming pool, and a peaceful relaxation room that was very clean. The gym had high-quality equipment and was also very clean. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, spotless every day with fresh towels and linens provided. The location was ideal next to a metro station in the heart of Lisbon with easy access to public transportation and main attractions.
