The hotel was in a quiet location close to restaurants and the Botanical Gardens with easy access by elevator. The room "Premium Double with Terrace" was large, comfortable, with a great bathroom having separate shower, bath, and double sinks plus a large balcony overlooking the river and Christ the Redeemer. Breakfast was cooked to order by chef Luis each day with options for vegans and served in the courtyard or inside without piped music. Staff members Daniela, Diogo, Diane, Duarte, and Danielle were very helpful with sightseeing arrangements and recommendations while communication via Whatsapp was quick.
