The hotel location was great, very close to the metro station and downtown Lisbon with many shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds and a walk-in shower that had a glass separator which could have been longer to prevent water from soaking the towel rack. The staff were friendly, helpful, spoke good English, and the hostess was informative about the city.
